Netizen Mark Lopez wrapped with sarcasm his Facebook status on Duterte’s action to release the compensation to the victims of martial law.

Netizen on Duterte releases compensation for ML victims: Grabe ka Mr President! Sobra na! Tama na!

The law was initially promulgated by former president Aquino but it was never implemented during his term, Lopez said.

He challenged those who openly criticize Duterte to organize a “massive” people power rally, citing the names of Loida, Leni, Ted, Katrina, Vicky, Winnie, Randy, Imelda, Jozy, etc.

“Imagine the nerve of a dictator like Duterte ordering his minions to acknowledge the suffering of the HR victims of ML just like that?”

Lopez said.

His sarcasm eventually caught on to his readers, and they added more.

"Can we expect the likes of Loida, Leni, Ted, Katrina, Vicky, Winnie, Randy, Imelda, Jozy, and Pete to please organize a "massive" people power rally at EDSA, together with the help of Soc, Roderick, Oscar, Jett and Mary and their flock of student leaders and followers? It would also help if Jim, Agot, Cynthia and Leah will be there as well.

"Imagine the nerve of a dictator like Duterte ordering his minions to acknowledge the suffering of the HR victims of ML just like that?!!!
